I have published the scan, but it does not appear in the Coach App.
- Please check on your Scan App if the body is still uploading. This is indicated with a progress bar.
- If it is still shown in your Scan App please make sure you’re connected to the internet.
- After the scan has been successfully uploaded it takes about 10 minutes to process it on our servers. Please wait until you get a notification (inside Coach App or via email).
- If your scan cannot be processed (e.g. because of a client’s wrong pose) you will also get a notification stating the error.
