Please try the following tests if your turntable has stopped working
- Power test: unplug the power from the turntable and plug it in again. If you see a red light blinking inside the turntable the power delivery is OK.
- Software and connection test: in the ScanApp go to Profile » Turntable: if your turntable is paired please unpair (by pressing x and confirming). Press "Add a new turntable". If that works and you see the serial number of your turntable the connection works fine.
- Function test: in ScanApp » Profile » Turntable you'll find a "Turntable function test". Please start it and follow the instructions. The turntable should rotate for a few seconds. Finally the test should report an OK at the end. If the test fails please close the app, restart the iPad and try again. If it still doesn't work there might be a mechanical problem. In the case the test fails, please confirm by pressing "Send to Bodygee."
- Mechanical test: are you able to turn the top plate with one finger? If you can the gears might be broken otherwise please get in touch with us: email@example.com
