Please try the following tests if your turntable has stopped working
- Power Test
Unplug the power from the turntable and plug it in again. A red light flashing inside the turntable is confirming a successful power delivery.
- Software and connection test
In the Scan App go to Profile » Turntable and unpair your turntable (by pressing x and confirming). Press "Add a new turntable". Check if the Scan App successfully shows the serial number of your turntable. If yes, the connection is fine.
- Function Test
In Scan App » Profile » Turntable you'll find "Turntable Connect Test". Please start it and follow the instructions. The turntable will rotate for a few seconds and the test should report an OK at the end. Please submit the report to us. If the test fails please close the app, restart the iPad and try again. If it still doesn't work there might be a mechanical problem.
- Mechanical Test
Are you able to turn the top plate with one finger? If you can the gears might be broken. Please get in touch with us: firstname.lastname@example.org
