If your client did not receive the activation email from the Bodygee server, please follow these steps:
- Please ask your client to check the spam / junk folder.
- Check if the client's email address is correct. In the CoachApp at My Clients Dropdown » Edit Client (check the registered email address in the first line). If the email is spelled wrong then you can edit and save it ("Change" button).
- You can resend the login information by clicking the "Send" button. This will re-send the activation email.
