I have published the scan, but it does not appear in the Coach App.

Please check on your Scan App if the body is still uploading. This is indicated with a progress bar.
If it is still shown in your Scan App please make sure you’re connected to the internet.
After the scan has been successfully uploaded it takes about 10 minutes to process it on our servers. Please wait until you get a notification (inside Coach App or via email).
If your scan cannot be processed (e.g. because of a client’s wrong pose) you will also get a notification stating the error.
