There is a filter option under the drop-down list under "My Clients". There, you can filter all my clients or all clients of the company (if your company has multiple coach accounts).
It also has an "archived" filter. If you have a large number of clients in the list, you can also archive clients to improve clarity so that they no longer appear in the standard list. This is particularly useful for clients who are no longer active with you. When a client is archived, all data remains stored and the client can still log in via the app. However, the client no longer appears in the "My Clients" or "Company overall" list.
How can I archive a customer?
In the customer profile under "Edit client", there is an option at the bottom to delete a customer account. However, it is recommended to archive a customer account rather than delete it. When you delete an account, all data is lost. If an account is archived, it can be reactivated later.
To archive an account, set the slider to OFF.
How can I reactivate a customer?
To reactivate an archived account, set the slider to ON.
