Strategy Meeting
The first step is to set up a strategy meeting where we present and discuss the following concepts:
1) Business success: How to generate more revenue
2) Process integration: How to integrate Bodygee checkups in daily work
3) Marketing concept: How to market Bodygee internally and externally
The aim is to agree on a rough schedule, to make the 8 steps known and to discuss the concepts. Based on the jointly discussed inputs, you then develop your concepts for your own business.
Bodygee provides standard templates for this, which you can use and adapt individually.
