Sometimes the 3D Sensor menu in the Bodygee Scan App shows a wrong battery state (e.g. 0%) although the 3D Sensor is actually charged. To make sure you get the correct battery charge percentage please follow these steps:
- Make sure the grey cable is attached to both the 3D Sensor and the tablet
- Go to Scan and quit it by pressing the arrow in the top right corner
- Go to Profile » 3D Sensor
Now the app should show the correct battery percentage. If it shows 0% please disconnect the grey cable from tablet and connect the black power charger to the 3D Sensor. A yellow LED next to the infrared camera indicates charging. Let it charge for at least 1h and reproduce the steps above.
