If you encounter issues with the 3D Sensor or the 3D Sensor cable please follow these steps for troubleshooting:
- Please check if the 3D sensor is charging: Plug in the black cable to the 3D sensor. Is the LED next to the 3D Sensor power input flashing (it's solid when fully charged)?
- Restart the tablet and the Scan App: restart the tablet completely by pressing and holding the power button.
- Open Scan App, go to Profile » 3D Sensor and check if the 3D sensor gets recognised correctly. You should see battery percentage and additional info.
