If you encounter issues with the 3D Sensor or the 3D Sensor cable please follow these steps for troubleshooting:
- Please check if the 3D sensor is charging: Plug in the black cable to the 3D sensor. Is the LED next to the 3D Sensor power input flashing (it's solid when fully charged)? If not, check also 3D Sensor is not charging.
- Restart the tablet and the Scan App: restart the tablet completely by pressing and holding the power button.
- Open Scan App, go to Profile » 3D Sensor and check if the 3D sensor gets recognised correctly. You should see battery percentage and additional info.
