All systems and services are back up and running and will stabilise over the next few hours.

• 3D scans taken during the outage will be processed and published in the next few hours.

Once again, we apologise for the outage and thank you for your patience and understanding.

The Bodygee Apps can be used again. 3D Processing Pipeline is still unavailable.

• Scan App: new scans are possible / allocation to a person and upload possible
• Boxx: new scans are possible
• New 3D Scans will be processed later, no data will be lost

Please excuse the inconvenience. We will try to rectify the fault as quickly as possible. 

Some cloud services are temporarily down and not available. 

• Scan App: new scans are possible / allocation to a person and upload not possible (please do scans with customers, you can upload them later when the service is available again)
• Coach App: web app not available
• Client App: the app works, but data cannot be loaded
